Client Agreement

Welcome to Nova Quest Travel Adventures. By booking travel services through us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Services Provided

Nova Quest Travel Adventures provides travel planning, booking, and coordination services including (but not limited to):

• Flights

• Hotels & resorts

• Cruises

• Vacation packages

• Travel experiences

We act as an independent travel advisor, working with third-party suppliers.

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete traveler information

• Review all travel documents and confirmations carefully

• Ensure valid passports, visas, and identification

• Arrive on time for all scheduled travel

Nova Quest Travel Adventures is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed

• Deposits and full payments are required per supplier terms

• Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation

Accepted payment methods will be outlined during booking.

 

4. Third-Party Suppliers

All travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.).

Nova Quest Travel Adventures is not liable for:

• Schedule changes or cancellations

• Overbooking or supplier errors

• Loss, injury, or damage during travel

Clients agree to abide by each supplier’s terms and conditions.

 

5. Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against:

• Trip cancellations

• Medical emergencies

• Travel delays

Failure to obtain insurance means the client accepts full financial responsibility for any losses.

 

6. Changes & Cancellations

All changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing (e-mail).

• Fees may apply from both suppliers and Nova Quest Travel Adventures

• Availability of changes is not guaranteed

• Last-minute changes may not be possible

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

Nova Quest Travel Adventures is not responsible for:

• Acts of nature (weather, natural disasters)

• Government restrictions or travel bans

• Pandemics or public health events

• Delays, accidents, or injuries during travel

By booking, clients acknowledge these risks.

 

8. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
